This programme builds practical skills in tourism and hospitality operations. Students learn hotel service procedures, guest handling, and basic tourism management concepts.
Training includes hands-on tasks linked to front office work, food and beverage service, and customer care roles. Students also take part in group tasks that support communication and service confidence.
Exposure to real service scenarios helps learners understand daily operations in hotels and tourism companies. Use of standard hospitality tools and systems adds further practice experience.
Graduates may take entry roles in hotels, travel agencies, and event services. The qualification also supports further study in tourism, hospitality, and related business programmes.
Up to 20 hours per week during study periods, full-time during official breaks (as per Malta student visa rules)
