The demand for high-level computing skills has never been bigger, and it shows no signs of slowing down. This course covers both the theory and the practical application of computing systems, all taught in a location at the heart of London’s fast-growing tech industry. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the areas you like and the skills to pursue your passions, whether you’re interested in computer engineering, big data and business intelligence, collaborative computing, or devices and sensors.
The course is based upon the internationally recognized Association of Computing Machinery recommendations for Computer Science curriculum guidelines. It equips students with the solid base of computing knowledge required in this fast-moving field.
In order to be considered for entry to the degree course applicants will be required to have the following qualifications:
A Level BBB or;
BTEC National Diploma DDM or;
Access to HE qualifications with 24 Distinctions and 21 Merits including 3 Merits in Maths and 12 Merits in ICT or;
One of the following T-Levels with a pass of Merit:
Digital Production, Design, and Development
Digital Business Services
Digital Support Services
Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 122 UCAS points
Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
English language qualifications for international students: IELTS score of 6.0 or Cambridge Proficiency or Advanced Grade C.
