This course covers a broad range of performance areas like dance, drama, vocal studies, and creative theatre production. You will pursue a variety of subjects spanning a wide range of Performing Arts activities covering performance, technical operation, management, and design. This will give you the flexibility to develop your art as you get to grips with the realities and practicalities of performance and production.
You’ll get to participate in shows every year where every aspect of the production, front, and back of the house, is managed by students.
You will know how to market yourself in print, online, and in person. What areas you pursue, in a multi-faceted industry, will be up to you. You may audition to perform. You may work with an arts organization. You may undertake further study in Master's courses or set up a business as a freelance entrepreneur. Some students choose to apply to study for a teaching qualification, such as a PGCE.
