Established as part of the KU Leuven Association, Thomas More constructed this program to address global corporate demand for data-proficient business managers. The curriculum evolved from classic management principles into an integrated analytics framework, combining core economics with applied data intelligence technologies. Key program achievements include high graduate employment rates within international logistics, consultancy, and tech sectors. The practical focus gives students hands-on capabilities in business intelligence tools, programming languages, and operational strategies. International study exchanges and mandatory company internships expand professional networks across European economic hubs.
Admission requires a recognized secondary education diploma equivalent to Belgian higher education entry standards. Candidates apply online via the Thomas More application portal by submitting academic transcripts, identification proof, a motivation statement, and English test certificates. Non-EEA applicants can apply for partial tuition fee waivers and merit-based discounts offered directly by the university based on academic performance.
International non-EEA students can work up to 20 hours per week during term time with a valid Belgian student residence permit and student work contract. Unlimited working hours apply during official school holidays.
Applicants must prove English proficiency at a B2 level through standardized test scores submitted during registration:
IELTS Academic: Minimum overall score of 6.0
TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79
PTE Academic: Minimum score of 59
Duolingo English Test: Minimum overall score of 110
Exemptions apply to students who completed secondary or higher education in the UK, USA, Canada (except Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa, or those holding an IB Diploma.
