... University of Hull

Course Overview

The most important resource for any business is its people. So the human resource management (HRM) expertise you’ll gain here will be valued anywhere in the world. We’ll train you how to employ, engage and lead people – preparing for your career in management.

We focus on applying what you learn to real business situations – through projects, case studies, and industry collaborations. You’ll work on projects with local companies right from your first year.

We’ve also got specialist HRM modules covering subjects like employee relations, learning and development, and the organizational context of HRM.

Plus, you’ll have even more opportunities than ever before to make connections that will help you in your future career, from our many links with the industry, as well as meeting with like-minded entrepreneurs, organizations, and corporate partners in our recently enhanced Business Lounge.

We're ranked 1st in the UK for Learning Resources**, thanks to resources like the Business School's industry-standard facilities like the Bloomberg and Executive Education suites. Or you could help SMEs with their challenges via our Business Clinic and take part in live business projects.
