Business Enterprise is about creating wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change.
This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions.
We also offer some of the best Human Resource Management (HRM) teachings in Scotland and the UK.
HRM is about the relationship between employers and employees and how people are managed in the workplace.
This covers areas such as recruitment and selection, training and developing and managing conflict at work. These are an essential part of the management process in all organisations.
