BSc (Hons) in Business & Management (Marketing)

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of marketing within a business context. Students will learn how to develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies, as well as understand the role of marketing in driving business growth and success. The course covers topics such as consumer behavior, market segmentation, product positioning, brand management, and digital marketing, among others. By the end of the course, students will have gained the skills and knowledge required to excel in a wide range of marketing roles within both public and private sectors.

The course is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops, and practical exercises. Students will also have the opportunity to engage with real-world marketing challenges through collaborative projects with local businesses. The course is assessed through a combination of examinations, assignments, and group projects.

Minimum three A levels to include Grades CCC. No specific subjects are required. Welsh Baccalaureate – Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate is considered a third subject.
