Course Overview

Have you just finished your A-levels? Or are you an electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or in facilities management? If you look after Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems and want to develop your skills, this HND course is for you.

Alongside M&E systems, we’ll cover energy conservation and environmental impact. In line with modern engineering practice, you’ll also develop your management and communication skills, helping you to realize your full career potential.

Students will be supported in looking for work placements or internships in the building industry.

General Eligibility

• A Level EEE or;

• BTEC National Diploma MPP or;

• Access to HE qualifications with 45 Passes or;

• Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points

• Supported by substantial relevant work experience

• Level 3 qualifications must include Maths and Physics

• Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• English language qualifications for international students: IELTS score of 6.0 or Cambridge Proficiency or Advanced Grade C.
