Course Overview
The Bachelor of Business Administration in International Operations and Business gives students practical business knowledge with a strong international focus. Students work on company projects, complete internships, and learn from business professionals with industry experience. The programme develops skills in international trade, marketing, logistics, finance, leadership, digital business, customer relations, and project management.
Students have opportunities to study abroad through exchange programmes and work with partner companies on business projects. These experiences help students build professional networks before graduation. The international classroom strengthens communication and teamwork skills across different cultures.
Graduates are prepared for careers in international business, export and import operations, sales, marketing, supply chain management, business consulting, customer relationship management, entrepreneurship, and project coordination. The degree is recognised across the European Higher Education Area, giving graduates good opportunities for employment and further study in Finland and many other countries.

Part Time Work Details
International students with a valid Finnish residence permit may work up to 30 hours per week on average during their studies. Full-time work is allowed during official holiday periods if study progress is maintained.
