Course Overview
The Master's of Electronics Engineering gives students advanced research experience and technical knowledge in modern electronics and semiconductor technology. Students carry out research in electronic circuit design, embedded systems, communication technology, signal processing, integrated circuits, automation, and intelligent electronic systems. Modern laboratories provide access to current equipment, testing facilities, and research tools.
The program has grown through close cooperation with leading technology companies and research organizations. Graduate students gain experience in research planning, technical writing, product development, and laboratory work. Graduates work in semiconductor companies, electronics manufacturers, communication firms, research institutes, universities, and technology companies across South Korea and many other countries. General Eligibility
Applicants should hold a recognized bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field. Required documents usually include academic transcripts, degree certificates, a passport copy, a study plan, recommendation letters, and proof of English or Korean language ability if requested.
KOREATECH offers scholarships for international graduate students based on academic performance, admission results, and research achievement. Eligible students may receive partial or full tuition support through university scholarship programs. Some research laboratories provide financial support through funded research projects or graduate assistant positions. Applications are submitted through the university's online admission system during the official application period, followed by document review and department evaluation.
Part Time Work Details
International students with a valid D-2 visa may work part-time after receiving approval under Korean immigration regulations. Graduate students are generally allowed to work up to 30 hours per week during semesters. Full-time work is usually permitted during university vacations with approval.
