Course Overview

Build a strategic leadership skillset for completing projects in less than 12 months with Herzing University. Our online graduate Certificate in Project Management builds on the skills you learned in your MBA or other business-related master’s degree with course content that teaches you to:

• Create project plans that account for staffing, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables

• Build, manage and maintain effective project teams

• Assess business needs and evaluate supply chain, resource, and financial impacts on project goals

• Launch, implement and drive projects to completion using best-practice tools and techniques

The course content in this program teaches skills and knowledge that can apply to two professional certification programs from the Project Management Institute (PMI):  Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Business Analyst (PBA).

General Eligibility

Herzing University's Post-Master's Certificate programs are open to candidates who have completed a Master's degree or higher in a business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
