BA Organizational Leadership

Course Overview

Graduates will be prepared to lead teams and departments in various businesses and organizations in the private and public sectors. More specifically, you will develop the skills to:

• Evaluate your performance for self-improvement.

• Analyze the qualities of a successful team.

• Analyze and apply leadership styles in various contexts.

• Implement practical approaches to organizational change.

• Finally, applyFinally, apply leadership skills to communicate with various audiences in multiple contexts.

General Eligibility

Freshman applicants with a 2.5 or higher high school GPA and transfer students with a 2.0 or higher cumulative college GPA are eligible for general admission to UC. They will gain direct entry into this program.
