Executive MBA

The Executive MBA has been developed for professionals who want to build stronger leadership and business management skills. The course combines academic study with practical business knowledge that can be used in the workplace from the first stage of study. Students complete projects based on real business situations, helping them improve planning, financial management, strategic thinking, and organisational leadership.

The programme has grown with changing business needs and includes subjects such as digital business, innovation, project management, global markets, and business ethics. Arden University's flexible learning model allows working professionals to continue their careers while earning an internationally recognised qualification. Graduates gain skills valued across many industries, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, retail, and public services. Many students use the qualification to move into senior management, executive leadership, business consulting, or to expand their own businesses. The Executive MBA supports career growth in the UK and across international job markets.

Applicants should hold a recognised bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from an approved institution. The Executive MBA is designed for experienced professionals, so relevant management or leadership experience is normally expected. Applicants without a degree may be considered if they have substantial professional experience and can show suitable management skills.

Students need to submit an online application, academic transcripts, a personal statement, a CV, proof of English language ability, and a copy of their passport for international admission. Some applicants may be invited for an interview.

Arden University offers scholarships, bursaries, and tuition fee discounts for eligible UK and international students. Awards depend on academic achievement, country of residence, and available funding.

International students holding a valid UK Student visa may work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during official holidays, subject to UK visa rules.
