Course Overview
The programme builds knowledge in care service management, health systems coordination, and team leadership in care settings. Students study how care organisations manage patients, staff, and daily operations across hospitals, clinics, and community services.
The course prepares learners for roles such as care coordinator, health service supervisor, social care officer, and facility manager. Learning includes applied tasks, case-based work, and structured training sessions linked to real care environments. Malta’s health and social care sector gives exposure to service standards and operational practice. Graduates gain skills that support entry into care management roles or further study in health administration fields.
