Course Overview
The Master of Engineering in Data Engineering and AI gives students advanced knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, and modern data systems. The programme combines classroom learning with applied research, company projects, and independent study. General Eligibility
Applicants must hold a relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field. According to the admission requirements for Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences, applicants are normally expected to have at least two years of relevant work experience after completing their bachelor's degree.
Applications are submitted through the Finnish Studyinfo admission system during the official application period. Applicants must provide academic transcripts, degree certificates, proof of English language proficiency, a valid passport, and employment certificates where required.
Non-EU/EEA students pay tuition fees unless they qualify for an exemption under Finnish regulations. Turku University of Applied Sciences offers tuition fee scholarships for eligible international students based on academic performance and the university's scholarship policy.
Part Time Work Details
International students may work up to 30 hours per week on average during academic terms. Full-time work is permitted during official holiday periods if residence permit conditions are met.
