This course combines strategic business management with a specialisation in human resource management. This degree will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge of contemporary HR practices to allow you to deal with these changes, including personnel strategy, human resource research methods, and the changing characteristics of human society.
You will consider human resource management across a range of business contexts including consumer, industrial, service, and not-for-profit sectors.
