This is integrated with practical training on how to apply relevant theory to influence important business decisions. The course covers a wide range of important business issues including change management, employee selection and development, leadership, and work motivation, well-being and performance.Throughout the programme there is a strong emphasis on developing critical thinking and consultancy skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a wide range of organisational stakeholders.
