This course is ideal for those who want to prepare for a career in computer science without the need to focus solely on one particular subject area at this stage. Its focus on project management allows you to develop specific professional skills, further widening your career options.
This two-year course equips you to fully understand the application of computing technology in real-world situations, with study focused at the cutting edge of computational technologies. Subjects range from networking and data modelling to intelligent systems and data mining, and you also complete a MSc Computer Science research project in a subject area of your own choice. The integrated project management units provide you with the knowledge and skills to develop and manage projects within a computing context.
Applicants should have a good undergraduate degree at Honours level, or equivalent.
To apply for a postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA/LLM) at the University of Bedfordshire you should have a good honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in an appropriate subject from a recognised university or HE institution.
We will also consider candidates with other relevant qualifications or appropriate work experience.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
