The BN (Hons) Children's Nursing course at Bangor University is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to become a qualified children's nurse. The course focuses on the care of children and young people from birth to 18 years old, including those with complex healthcare needs. Students will learn about the biological, psychological, and social aspects of child development and how they impact on health and wellbeing. The course includes both theoretical and practical components, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary learning and collaboration. Upon completion of the course, students will be eligible to register as a children's nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
The BN (Hons) Children's Nursing course at Bangor University is accredited by the NMC, which means that graduates are eligible to register as children's nurses upon completion of the course. The course is also approved by the Welsh Government, which means that students can access financial support through the Education Awards Agency (EAA).

The 20 hours is total hours. It is not per job. If you hold multiple part-time jobs then the total hours of all the work you are doing added together.
Children's Nursing BN (Hons) Modules
If you do not meet the English Language requirements to enter the International Incorporated Bachelors or the International Incorporated Masters, BUIC offers you a range of Pre-sessional English Programmes which you can take before you start these courses.
If you have an IELTS of 5.0 (with no component below 4.5), you will be offered a 6-week Pre-sessional English course immediately preceding your entry to the IYZ.
If you have an IELTS of 4.5 (with no component below 4.0), you will be offered a 12-week Pre-Sessional English course immediately preceding your entry to the IYZ.
