The International Master Project Management (iMPM) is suitable for recent graduates and those already in the workplace. It offers a balanced programme of professional training at postgraduate level.
The course explores the most recent approaches in project management with a cross-sectorial and intercultural perspective that focuses on managerial, behavioural and technical competencies.
You'll look at the strategic and holistic demands of current projects in contemporary organisations and gain knowledge in an emerging field that combines:
Project management as a process of delivering complex change.
Strategic management is a process for formulating and implementing organisational strategy.
The development of transferable skills. Particularly teamwork, leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation for employment
Students graduating from the iMPM will receive two-degree awards – one from each institution:
Master Universitario di I Livello in Project Management – Politecnico di Milano
Master of Science in Project Management – Strathclyde Business School
Each institution brings its respective excellence in research, consultancy and teaching in project management to an international teaching programme.
The minimum requirement is a three-year bachelor's degree (or an equivalent academic degree) and 180 ECTS credits in any discipline. Candidates should have a minimum second-class Honours degree or equivalent CGPA.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
