Course Overview

This course will help you build your skills to move on to the exciting and rewarding career you seek once you graduate. We aim to give you an excellent basic understanding of all aspects of computing while also letting you specialize in the topics that interest you most. You have a range of option modules, so you can tailor your studies to gain skills and expertise in the areas that motivate and inspire you. Modules cover: Computer science, Software engineering, Information technology and Web design. Youll study how to design and build software that is robust, reliable, and attractive to use, often cooperating with others as part of a development team; the emphasis is on developing hands-on, practical skills in software development, as well as understanding the human and social contexts of software systems. It's all designed to help you create the set of skills you're looking for, emphasising the practical side of computing.

120-112UCAS tariff points from a combination of Level 3 qualifications.

Meritat T Level.

DMMin BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma.

Access to Higher Education Diploma in a subject relevant to the course with 45 Level 3 credits at Merit or above.

120-112 UCAS tariff points from International Baccalaureate qualifications.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • The minimum for IELTS is 6.0 overall, with no element lower than 5.5 or equivalent.
