The course is designed around what the hospitality industry wants, ensuring you can go directly into challenging and rewarding jobs within multinational organizations nationally or globally. How will you learn? You will learn through practical application and creatively delivered lectures, workshops, seminars, and group work sessions. Youll be taught by lecturers who have experiences in the industry, who help you explore areas of marketing, human resources, and operations management and how these are applied to industry practice. Your studies will allow you to take a placement with a business, either in the UK or abroad.
