Course Overview

Our Bachelor of Science in Business Data Analytics prepares business students with the knowledge, skills, and experience to create, analyze and manage data-driven initiatives and associated business processes to facilitate decision-making and large-scale business data analytics in organizations. The concept and importance of €œdata analytics€ have been known for a while, but the last few years have seen a sizeable swell in interest and media attention. Recently, how social media companies use the data collected about their users has hit the headlines and shown the enormous impact of data analysis and usage on our daily lives. This course is part of NOVUS Lite, an innovation developed by the university in conjunction with the NOVUS Trust. The Trust is an industry-led organization that develops talent in the transport, logistics, and supply chain management sectors. Being part of the scheme opens up wider opportunities for work experience and networking with professionals in the industry and is valuable to your professional development. The course provides a fantastic opportunity to join the NOVUS Lite scheme, which involves a guaranteed third-year placement, a paid summer placement, and a company mentor (subject to availability). 20 Hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• The minimum for IELTS is 6.0 overall, with no element lower than 5.5 or equivalent.
