Course Overview

Study cross-border disputes through our broad range of international law modules in both Scotland and France, with the opportunity to gain two masters degrees Dundee City Campus You will learn about jurisdiction, choice of law, and the effects of foreign judgements in two countries and specialise in commercial or family law aspects of private international law. You will spend your first semester in Dundee before completing your studies in the historic city of Toulouse.
