Students from this course have developed careers in sports coaching, teaching, sport science support, further and higher education, and sports development. The programme also provides an excellent springboard for students wishing to progress to the taught doctorate in Sports Coaching, MPhil/PhD or Professional Doctorate study.
An honours degree (usually 2.1 or above) in a related subject area and appropriate teaching/coaching experience.
Non-graduates whose lack of formal qualifications is compensated for by their age and relevant coaching experience will also be considered.
20 hours of work permits weekly for international students.
