MA Education

Course Overview

This MA Education extends your knowledge, understanding, and skills in the field of education and aims to improve your educational practice through intensive study and research. You can tailor the course to your interests or background through option modules and the research project. If you prefer, you can work towards an endorsed MA in a specialist area. Current endorsements include Leadership and Management, Education Technology, Early Years, and Special Educational Needs. Through our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process, you can also transfer up to 90 Master's level credits gained from a previous postgraduate study in associated disciplines, including PGCEs. The MA also provides a clear route to a Doctorate in Education.

General Eligibility

An undergraduate degree at 2.2 or above.
