Course Overview

This course will enable you to develop specialized legal expertise in the treatment of cross-border disputes internationally and in Europe. You will study conflicts of jurisdiction and laws and the effects of a foreign judgment. You will be able to study commercial or family law aspects of private international law. In addition to the core modules in private international law, you can choose from a wide range of options such as commercial law, competition law, dispute resolution.

General Eligibility

An honours degree in Law at lower second class or above Consideration will also be given to applicants with other academic backgrounds who explain clearly their motivation for undertaking the relevant LLM, outlining any relevant legal work experience
