Course Overview

You can choose from our broad range of corporate and commercial law modules which deal with issues relevant to the highly complex and dynamic corporate and commercial worlds. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of core issues relating to corporate law and corporate governance and intellectual property law. You'll focus on the structure and development of company law both in the United Kingdom and in an international context.
