This master course provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to carry out robust social research and evaluation. Youll learn how to collect, analyze, and report qualitative and quantitative data, taking into account ethics, reliability, and validity. Youll also critically examine the theoretical foundations that underpin social scientific research. Finally, youll develop an understanding of the relationship between research and policymaking.
A minimum of a second class honors degree (2.1 preferred) or equivalent in a relevant subject. Applicants without these formal qualifications but with significant appropriate/relevant work/life experience are encouraged to apply.
