In this course, you will learn the theory and application of economics, finance, and management in the context of large-scale construction projects. Our modules include construction economics, construction project management, development economics and planning, and real estate development and investment. Graduates will be able to pursue roles in project and construction management consultancy, quantity surveying, or careers within construction companies, environmental agencies, local authorities, and regeneration agencies.
You should have an honors degree or equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline, such as civil engineering, construction, surveying or architecture. We will consider undergraduate degrees in other disciplines on an individual basis.
