Course Overview

On this MSc Computer Science course, you will study, employ, and reflect on the principles that underpin computer science. You can choose from a range of options, including machine learning, data science, cybersecurity and forensics, and wireless and mobile technologies. You will gain practical experience in the analysis and understanding of problems, systems, and structures through case studies. This course is accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT: Partial CITP, and Partial CEng (Further Learning). An accredited degree entitles you to professional membership of BCS.

General Eligibility

A good first degree in a computing-related subject or in a suitable numerate subject (e.g. mathematics, physics, engineering, information systems, or multimedia) that includes software development experience. Or, substantial commercial/industrial experience including software development using modern programming languages and design.
