This Masters in Water, Waste, and Environmental Engineering combine solid waste management, contaminated land treatment, and GIS with the management of the earth's resources. This MSc course is designed for graduates from a wide range of environmental engineering backgrounds who want to apply new sustainable strategies to increasingly complex problems. We cover the technical aspects of natural and engineered environmental systems. you'll develop your engineering skills and learn to design, develop, and apply concepts for water and waste, considering environmental sensitivity. You will also consider planning, modeling, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and control of engineered and natural water and earth resources.
An appropriate recognized bachelor's degree 2.2 or above in engineering (civil, chemical, mechanical, environmental, industrial, and agricultural) and/or natural and physical sciences, or an equivalent qualification. Students without a first degree, but with professional and vocational experience (e.g. incorporated engineer, chartered scientist, or chartered environmentalist status) may be considered if they demonstrate the potential to succeed on the course.
An English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
