Our Masters in Publishing will take you on a journey through the contemporary publishing industry, giving you key skills and knowledge for a career in publishing and related fields. You will investigate how books and other publishing products and services are commissioned and completed, including the modern production processes and business strategies used to succeed in the competitive media environment. Youll consider the legal environment in which publishing operates, focusing on the management, sale, and licensing of rights in publishing. Youll also look at wider issues connected to digital publishing, including e-book and audiobook markets.
For entry into a postgraduate taught course you'll need one of the following:
typically a UK honours degree with lower second class honours (2:2). Some courses may have different requirements: these will be stated on individual course pages
relevant qualifications obtained in your home country, as per Anglia Ruskin's country-specific entry requirements
some courses may have extra requirements, such as portfolios for art and design courses. These are outlined in our postgraduate course pages.
