Over a period of three years, youll explore movement and physicality, as well as the opportunities created by fusing and connecting movement/dance, new media techniques, physical theatre, and contemporary theatre practice. Therell be every opportunity to €˜learn by doing. Weve exclusive access to the studio performance theatre, rehearsal studio, lecture room, and other facilities of the Key Theatre in Peterborough - so you can put what youre learning into practice, whether on stage or front and back of the house. Industry professionals and physical theatre experts teach the course and typically youll study six modules a year, covering theory and practice.
Applicants with A level qualifications would normally have achieved 88-104 UCAS points on entry, including grade B in Theatre Studies, Performance Studies or cognate subject area, or VCE double award or equivalent in an appropriate subject.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
