BSc (Hons) Hearing Sciences (Top-Up)

This top-up degree in Hearing Sciences is designed for students who have already completed a foundation degree or equivalent in hearing sciences. It provides advanced knowledge and skills in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of hearing and balance disorders. Students will learn about contemporary audiological practices, including the use of technology and digital tools to improve patient outcomes. The course also covers research methods and ethics, enabling students to design and conduct their own research projects. Upon completion, graduates will be eligible to register as hearing aid dispensers with the Health Professions Council.

• foundation degree or HND in Hearing Aid Audiology (or equivalent)

• Dip HE Audiology and/or Hearing Aid Audiology (or equivalent)

• 240 university credits (at level 4 and 5) with core audiology subjects achieved via any other means.

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
