A Master of Laws (LLM) in Company Law is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduate to enhance your academic legal knowledge. This course focuses specifically on developing an in-depth knowledge of Company Law in practice and can open up pathways to careers in International Relations, Management, Politics, Business and more
Minimum second-class honours degree
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
Compulsory modules include:
Company Law and Compliance
Research Methods Training (sessions throughout Terms 1 and 2 / 1-4)
You may then choose three* from the list of elective modules which includes modules such as:
Corporate Governance and Disruptive Technology
International Trade Law
International Corporate Governance
IELTS 6.5
