BSc (Hons) Ecology & Wildlife Conservation

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the ecological and conservation principles that underpin the management of wildlife populations and their habitats. Students will learn how to assess the impact of human activities on the environment, develop strategies for conservation, and implement effective management plans. The course will cover topics such as ecosystems, biodiversity, ecology, conservation biology, wildlife law and policy, and environmental management. Through a combination of theoretical and practical modules, students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become successful ecologists and wildlife conservationists.

This course requires 104–120 UCAS tariff points, including a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent. We are happy to consider a combination of qualifications and grades to meet the overall tariff, for example, A-levels A*CC, ABC, BBB or BCC, BTECs DDM, or DMM.
