Our BSc in Physical Education (PE) is a course that is aimed at students who are considering a future career in teaching PE. The course covers the relevant theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as providing you with the opportunity to gain experience in planning and delivering lessons. Why study this course with us? This course has been designed by former PE teachers to reflect the knowledge and experience required by students who are aiming to move into the profession. All modules are delivered by experienced PE staff with strong academic profiles, who are aware of the knowledge and skills required to be a successful PE teacher. All three levels of study involve teaching experience across a range of age ranges and in a variety of activities. We promote informal mentoring on the Physical Education degree, which helps our students get to know each other between year groups socially but can also offer more academic support when needed.
