This course will allow you to focus on the use of psychology in areas including understanding crime and criminality, criminal investigation and profiling, and the criminal justice system. This course is also accredited by The British Psychological Society as conferring eligibility for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC). The course has been designed to follow the British Psychological Society (BPS) core curriculum. In studying Forensic Psychology at Chester, we will provide you with opportunities to undertake specialist project work in forensics-related areas, and develop your knowledge of the most recent theory and practice in the area through expert teaching from active researchers.
