Research at Worcester has grown significantly in the last 10 years as the University itself has expanded. As a research student, you will join a vibrant student community in our Research School and become part of our dynamic research environment. The Archaeology team at Worcester have an excellent range of resources available to support your learning and your research project. Our staff have expertise in the prehistoric and Roman periods in Britain and Europe, landscape archaeology and material culture studies. Youll also receive support from our science and geography technicians with your field and laboratory-based work. Throughout your research degree, youll be able to use the University of Worcesters virtual resources and its state-of-the-art library facilities. You'll have access to a research laboratory where you can work on projects and utilise laboratory equipment, specialist software, as well as mapping, geophysical and topographical equipment.
First or Upper Second Class Honours Degree or an approved equivalent award
For MPhil/Ph.D. this is an IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum score of 7.0 in Written English.
