The program offers structured study in food science and nutrition with a balance of theory and applied practice. Students learn core principles of human diet, food safety systems, and laboratory-based food analysis. Training includes supervised sessions in clinical nutrition and food quality testing.
The University of Malta has built this program through strong academic input in health and food sciences.
