Course Overview

Specialize in the design and production of furniture. Take to our workshops and turn your imagined pieces into tangible works of art. You can choose to specialize in either bespoke and small-scale furniture creation or industrial furniture making. Realize your potential and start your career as a furniture designer. Gain the knowledge and skills you need to create beautiful pieces of furniture. You can choose to specialize in the area of furniture design you are the most interested in. Either bespoke, craft furniture, or pieces designed for mass production. Whichever route you choose you will study the same modules, but take a different approach to the furniture you make.

General Eligibility

104 UCAS Tariff points 3 GCSEs at grade C/4 (or equivalent) including the English Language.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • If English is not your first language you will need to show that you have English Language competence at IELTS level 6.0 (with no skill below 5.5) or equivalent.
