The BSc (Hons) Counselling, Coaching, and Psychological interventions Foundation Entry is the start of a four-year degree for anybody who is interested in working in the helping professions from a therapeutic perspective. The uniqueness of this course allows students to build on their strengths, regarding how they work with people. In your foundation year, you will gain all the skills and knowledge to progress onto the first year of the degree. Students all complete the same modules in year one of the programs before selecting a chosen pathway through the remainder of the course, either pluralistic counseling, wellbeing coaching, or psychological wellbeing practitioner routes. Our course examines contemporary issues in the field and includes a focus on public mental health and social prescribing for all students.
