The variety of tasks will match learning outcomes and are designed to enhance understanding of applicability of learning to clinical practice.
During the module you will complete assigned formative tasks which will support ECG recognition skills completing asynchronous tasks designed to encourage learning and development of practice. Case study review and completion will be undertaken, which supports further study toward final examination.
Students must be currently working in practice and exposed to ECGs.
Normal ECG recognition and conduction pathways
ACS and STEMI recognition
Atrial rhythms and dysrhythmias
Ventricular and Supraventricular rhythm recognition
Heart blocks
Identification of threats to life and evidence based supported treatment
The IELTS score for international applicants is 6 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
