Course Overview

Our Physical Activity and Health Promotion degree prepares you to be a future leader in the healthcare and fitness industry. We've designed this course in collaboration with leaders in the sector. You will study: how the human body responds to sport, exercise, nutrition and public health interventions how to use these interventions to maximize health across the lifespan.
