Course Overview

Our Physical Activity and Health Promotion degree prepares you to be a future leader in the healthcare and fitness industry. We've designed this course in collaboration with leaders in the sector. And ensured it's in line with current and future healthcare and public health agendas. You will study: how the human body responds to sport, exercise, nutrition and public health interventions how to use these interventions to maximize health across the lifespan.
