Course Overview
The programme builds strong grounding in biological sciences with lab-based training and research work. Students study genetics, ecology, microbiology, and cell biology, supported by practical sessions and data analysis work.
Research projects form a key part of the programme, covering topics such as environmental conservation, biotechnology, and medical biology. Students gain experience in planning experiments, handling samples, and interpreting biological data.
Graduates move into roles in research institutes, environmental agencies, healthcare support services, and biotechnology companies. Some continue into doctoral study in specialised biology fields. The course structure supports scientific skill development for both academic and professional paths.
