Course Overview

Our Career Leadership course has been approved by the Careers Enterprise Company to provide the knowledge and skills needed to effectively lead careers work in a school or college. It will ensure that the leadership and management of careers provision in your school is in line with government policy and statutory guidance. It will also provide you with the resources and processes to provide young people with the provision of a high-quality career that will support their career progression and ambitions, and that achieves all of the eight Gatsby Benchmarks. The University Certificate in Career Leadership course is ideal if you are a newly appointed school careers leader or have been doing the work of a careers leader for some time.

General Eligibility

Level 5 credits or relevant experience.
