This course gives you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the core sciences (biology, chemistry, and physics), study skills, and introductory level maths, before progressing onto the degree. You will develop your practical skills through lab work and field trips. You will also have the chance to gain further skills as part of our €˜Added Value program and collaborate with biotech companies through the Life Sciences Industry Liaison Lab and advisory companies such as FAST Brogdale. This course aims to develop you into a highly employable professional with transferable skills.
Applicants should normally have 32 UCAS Tariff points. We will also welcome applications from students with few or no formal Level 3 qualifications who wish to return to education and applicants may be asked to attend an interview.
