Solent’s Construction Management degree has been running for over 20 years. Course content is regularly reviewed to meet industry and professional requirements, and covers emerging topics in the field of construction management to ensure your learning is right up to date. The curriculum has been designed to give you the skills required by employers in the industry. And by undertaking challenging live briefs you’ll develop your teamwork, project management, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills.
As a student on this course, you’ll also benefit from professional accreditation by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). This means that the course meets the standards set by employers, and enables you to take steps towards gaining professional qualifications, even before you’ve graduated.
A minimum of two completed A-levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM or BTEC Diploma at D*D, T-level Pass or equivalent qualification or a combination of qualifications which comply with the minimum entry requirement of 104 UCAS points.
A BTEC Subsidiary Diploma will be considered in conjunction with other qualifications.
Applications from mature students may also be considered.
Direct entry to year two may be offered to holders of an HND, HNC or foundation degree in an appropriate subject.
