Course Overview

You will study core accountancy modules, together with business management modules. This will give you an in-depth understanding of the critical role of accounting professionals and how they operate in complex business organizations.

You will look at the factors that influence business decisions, how organizations are structured, and the importance of financial reporting. As a result, you will be able to provide responsible financial or organizational leadership to a range of businesses from small enterprises to FTSE 100 companies.

This course will enable you to:

• Understand the critical role accounting and finance professionals play in achieving legal, ethical, and efficient practices,

• Learn how to support innovation and manage resources to deliver outstanding results for organizations, investors, and consumers

• Analyze the key societal, environmental, and technological influences that impact businesses and the expectations for accountability

• Develop skills in management accounting and financial reporting

• Develop a broad understanding of organizational structures and how complex business organizations improve business performance or deliver efficiencies.

• Focus on contemporary issues such as operating in a global business environment and digitalization.

General Eligibility

UK GCSE: 5 passes at Grade 9-4/A-D or 32 tariff points for Foundation Year, Minimum 48 UCAS tariff points, from two A-level subjects (D, D) (C, E) for Integrated Year One, Minimum 104 UCAS tariff points (B, C, C) or consider Foundation or International Year One

Bangladesh Completion of HSC: GPA of 2.00 or grade C with no less than 60% in any subject for Foundation Year, Completion of HSC 12 with a grade average of 3.0 (3.5 for Engineering) for Integrated Year One, Minimum 104 UCAS tariff points (B, C, C) or equivalent, or consider Foundation or International Year One

India Completion of All India or State Board SSC (X) with an average of 50% (X and/or XI) for Foundation Year, Completion of All India or State Board HSC (XII) with a 50% average for Integrated Year One, 60% average from best 4 subjects at Standard XII for First Year - Direct Entry

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
